1.) What is the processing time for my order?
Our normal processing period is 3-5 business days. Orders may take longer to ship during peak times (immediately following product launches) or during holidays.

We regret to inform you that shipments to Bangladesh, Cambodia, Greenland, India, Iraq, Jordan, Laos, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Monaco, Peru, and Turkey are currently suspended due to shipping restrictions or customs policies, and shipments to Cuba, Syria, Iran, and Ukraine are unavailable due to regulatory and platform limitations. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and will update our shipping policy as soon as more information becomes available.
3.) How much does shipping cost?
As we continue to optimize our shipping routes and partner with reliable carriers, shipping costs have gradually increased. International shipping is now $8–$10 per order (depending on the destination) for orders under $75 USD, and free for orders over $75 USD (before tax).
4.) What is your tax policy?
The new VAT law in the EU requires us to collect taxes for order under €150 Euro at the point of sale, which means if you purchase an order with value under €150 Euro, you will pay VAT tax when you checkout. In this case, you should not be taxed again upon package delivery. If your order value is under €150 Euro yet you are taxed again, please send us a photo of the tax form and we will refund the taxed amount.
If your order value exceeds €150 Euro, your local customs office will handle your package and collect tax and duties when you receive the package.
For other countries, our shipping costs include all import duties, taxes and applicable fees. You should not be taxed any extra fees. However, if you are taxed by any chance when you receive the package, please email us at support@kaleidosmakeup.com and we will provide a refund of your tax value.
5.) Why is shipping taking so long?
Normally, we use ePacket delivery to ship internationally; when shipping in this way, your package is placed in the cargo space on a commercial aircraft and flown to your country, at which point it is picked up by your country’s postal service and delivered to your address.
Post-Covid, we have had to rely on third-party logistics companies for international shipping to many countries due to long delays with China Post. Each of these companies handles a small group of countries; we are constantly looking for the best options and working with them towards expanding our shipping capabilities to their pre-COVID level. Lately, we have been able to return to normal shipping methods for about half of the countries on the list above.
6.) Which carriers do you use?
Currently, all orders are shipped through third party logistics companies or China Post. Deliveries to one destination country may be handled by a single company or a small group of companies. Please contact us if you would like more information about the logistics company handling shipments to your country or if your package is being shipped via China Post.
7.) Is there a redelivery fee?
No, we do not charge any redelivery fee. Our shipping partners will never send texts or emails asking for credit card and/or personal information. All shipping updates will be sent from support@kaleidosmakeup.com.
Please note that the Federal Trade Commission reported that the "fake package delivery problems" text message scam was one of the top-reported text message scams. Scammers send these texts impersonating the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, UPS, and local carriers, and attach a link to a website that may look legitimate, but is not.
Do not engage with the senders of these suspicious texts or emails. Never reply or click any links included in suspicious texts or emails. For customers based in the US, USPS recommends taking the following steps to ensure your personal information is kept safe:
- Copy the body of the suspicious text message without clicking the link and report it to spam@uspis.gov.
- In the email, provide your name, screenshot of the text message showing the phone number of the sender, and the date the message was sent.
- Include relevant details in your email, like if you clicked the link, lost money, provided any personal information, or if your credit was impacted.
- You can also use USPS Text Tracking to monitor packages by texting 2USPS (28777) with your tracking number.
